Returns
Due to the unique nature of antiques and the auction process, all sales are final once the auction has ended. However, if an item has been significantly misrepresented in the auction description or arrives in a condition substantially different than described, you may qualify for a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Provide a detailed description of the issue and include any relevant photos or documentation. After we receive your notification, we will inspect the issue and notify you about the status of your return as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
